Returns

Exchange only in case of damaged/wrong item received. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Initiate a Return

Refunds

Strictly no refunds will be raised. Only exchange will be applicable if you received a damaged/wrong article.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. 360 degrees parcel opening video from start to finish is compulsory. Contact us for exchange requests.
